Gemma McKnight, Owner
After working in the corporate world for over 10 years I felt I was truly lacking something in my career. After speaking with my then dog walker, I decided that dog walking and pet caring was what I needed to fulfil my working life.
I have been working as a pet carer for many years and have experience in many aspects of the job caring for several different species of animals. I have extensive experience in administrating medication, including injections.
I live at home with my husband Paul, two daughters, Chloe and Georgia, my Boxer dog Mara, and our German shepherd Agatha. We also have a bearded Dragon, Jango along with 3 rescue cats, Finn, Rico and Cheeto.
We are an active household that enjoys nothing more than taking Mara and Agatha out on long walks in the countryside. Mara is currently trained to silver standard on Kennel Club Good Citizen Award scheme.
I hold a 5 star license with Halton Borough Council for home boarding, DBS Checked, Canine First Aid Qualified and have completed Veterinary Nurse medication administration training and work experience with Cheshire Dog School. I have also completed course in dog behaviour.
